Seven Stampin' Up! Gorgeously Made Bundle & Masterfully Made Suite 2023 Card Ideas

Hello friends. Today I have a video showing you seven ideas using the Gorgeously Made Bundle from the Masterfully Made Suite in the 2023 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. I have shown one of the cards here, but you can see the other 6 in the video. I also have a PDF immediate download class using this bundle and there are details of that below as well.

7 Stampin Up Gorgeously Made / Masterfully Made cards. Video tutorial by Claire Daly, Stampin Up Demonstrator Australia.

This product suite is so bright and beautiful. I think it has a real fresh vintage look with the torn and distressed elements, yet bright colours. It really jumped out at me when I first saw the annual catalogue. This is the suite I also used for a display board I did at our 35 for 35 Stampin' Up! team event in Melbourne in July. Today I want to show you those cards in a video, and then I will show one of the cards in more detail.

Here's a look at one of the cards in more detail.  Stampin Up Gorgeously Made Card Idea
This card has a base of Melon Mambo with Melon Mambo stamping, and that is contrasted by the Basic Black, Basic White and Pumpkin Pie in the rest of the card. Bold colour combination but I think it works with this suite. Can you see the curvy lines from the Patchwork Pieces dies I have used on the patterned paper?

Stampin' Up! Video Cardmaking Class: 4 Ways with Wanted to Say Dies and Delightfully Eclectic DSP

Stampin Up video tutorial cardmaking class wanted to say dies.

Today I have a Stampin' Up! video tutorial for you, featuring four cards using the Stampin' Up! Wanted to Say dies and the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper. These cards were a complimentary kit that I put together for customers who purchased from me in June (subscribe to hear about offers like this). Even if you don't have the kit, you may find inspiration from these cards as I have supplied cutting and scoring information and the video shows you how to put the cards together. There is no stamping on these cards, as all of the sentiments come from the die set, which is a new stand alone die set from the 2023 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue.

First, let's have a look at the two main products we are using which are the Wanted to Say Dies and Delightfully Eclectic DSP.

Stampin' Up! Sending Smiles and Bottled Happiness Birthday Card with 2 Masking Techniques

Hello my creative friends.

Today I have a bright and happy birthday card for you, featuring two stamp sets from the 2022 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue: Sending Smiles and Bottled Happiness. My card also features two different ways to use masking.

Stampin' Up! Sending Smiles and Bottled Happiness Birthday Card with Masking Technique

I really like this bright and happy colour combination with the crisp white.

Stampin Up Color / Colour Combo Orchid Oasis, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, Basic White

The first place I have used the masking technique is to create the illusion of the stem of the flower being inside the bottle. I have a video showing you these techniques and I will  I will link to this below. Here's a description of what I did though: I stamped the bottle from Bottled Happiness in Orchid Oasis, and then stamped one onto masking paper and cut that out to cover the stamped image. Then I stamped the stem of the flower 'into' the bottle. Once the masking paper is removed, only the stem above the bottle is showing.

Stampin' Up! Sending Smiles and Bottled Happiness Birthday Card with Masking Technique
The second masking technique was used on the sentiment. As you can see below, the Sending Smiles stamp set has lots of sentiment strips. You can also make additional sentiments by masking part of the sentiments and combining with others. In my card I masked off the 'big hugs' words from the 'love & big hugs' sentiment. I also masked off 'smiles' in the 'smiles across the miles' sentiment. The video below shows you in more detail how I did this.

Here's the masking video. There are 5 different cards featured in the video, but the instruction for this one starts at 17:03.

Stampin' Up! He's All That Bundle, He's the Man Suite and the August Pack of Pretties.

Hello friends.

I'm back with Claire's Pack of Pretties this month - a coordinated collection of my favourite Stampin' Up! papercraft products for a great price! This months kit is all about masculine cards and is only $31 including postage! It is built around the He's the Man Suite in the 2022-23 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue (Note: I have changed the name from 'Claire's Box of Pretties' to 'Claire's Pack of Pretties' to reflect a change in the packaging so I can keep the postage as low as possible).

You can get all the details HERE of exactly what's included in the August pack, which optional add-on products I think are a great match, and how to register and pay. Registrations close August 10th. As this kit is physical product, it's limited to Australian residents, but hobby demonstrators are also welcome to register if you just want a share of the suite at a lower price.

Stampin Up Monthly Share Kit (Claire's Pack of Pretties) Just $31 Claire Daly. Australia

Here are some projects I have made using these products. Stay tuned for lots more during the month of August. Grab the August Pack of Pretties so you can play along!

This masculine thank you card uses the He's the Man DSP (in pack), die cuts (in pack), Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Gems (in pack) and a sentiment from Wildlife Wonder stamp set (optional add on). The base cardstock is Sahara sand (in pack), the greeting is stamped in Early Espresso ink (optional add on) and I used Stylish Shapes dies (a great all round versatile die set with 3 different stitched shapes - see links at end of post) to die cut a circle from one of the labels in the die cut sheet included with the DSP.

This masculine birthday card is for the car lovers and was quick and easy. It uses He's the Man DSP (in pack), Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Gems (in pack), and the He's All That bundle (optional add-on). The image from the stamp set is stamped in Early Espresso onto Sahara Sand cardstock (I was out of reinker when I stamped this - fixed now!). The base card for this one is Sahara Sand (in pack).

Stampin Up He's the man / He's All That masculine birthday card for car lovers. Claire Daly, Australia

This masculine birthday card was another quick and easy one. It uses the He's the Man DSP (in pack), He's the man die cuts (in pack), and the Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Gems (in pack) . The base cardstock is Sahara Sand (in pack), and I used Stylish Shapes dies (a great all round versatile die set with 3 different stitched shapes - see links at end of post) to die cut the two flag end banners (under the die cut) from the DSP.

This final card is one I made a little while ago in my video tutorial demonstrating how to use masking paper. It uses the Campology stamp set (optional add-on), the He's the Man DSP (in pack), the Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Gems (in pack)  and the Bakers Twine Essentials Pack. The base cardstock is Mint Macaron (in pack), with some early Espresso cardstock (in pack) as a mat. I have used Mint Macaron ink pad (optional add-on) to stamp the trees (I added some Garden Green highlights with a marker), and stamped the tent in Black Stazon before watercolouring with Early Espresso ink pad, Crumb Cake ink pad and Water Painters. The video shows you how I used masking paper to position the tent in front of the trees (this card demonstration starts at 2:19 in the video).

I hope you like these masculine cards. Pin this image so you can come back to it, and please consider registering for the He's the Man August Pack of Pretties (starting at just $31 including postage) so you can recreate some of these projects at home. Registrations close August 10th (Australian residents only).
