Hello crafters. I'm back with some crafty inspiration for your weekend with a card featuring the gorgeous Blackberry Beauty suite from the Stampin' Up! July to December mini catalogue. I love the lush opulent look of this suite, especially the beautiful foiled Blackberry Beauty DSP.

In addition to the earthy Early Espresso and Cinnamon Cider, the paper has Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry and Polished Pink. Then there is beautiful gold foiling. It also has a coordinating Ephemera pack.

My base card is Early Espresso, and I have added a Crumb Cake panel which I have embossed with the AMAZING Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder. If you love vintage you need this embossing folder. Before I embossed, I stamped one of the birds from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set, in Rich Razzleberry. I did another one on a scrap of Crumb Cake and fussy cut it then adhered over the top with Dimensionals.

I stamped the 'Here for You' sentiment onto one of the labels from the ephemera kit, and popped that up on Dimensionals over some coiled linen thread. The Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots really coordinate well with this suite, and were a great embellishment for this card.

Here's a look at the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set I used on today's card (it also comes in a bundle). You can find all of the Blackberry Beauty suite of products HERE in my online store.

Hello crafty people. Today I have another sneak peek for you and it's my favourite pick from the new Stampin' Up! Australia Saleabration Catalogue starting on August 3rd (this year we have 2 Saleabration promotions - one in January / February, and one in August / September. This is one of the choices which can be earned for free with a $180 order (before postage) between August 3rd and September 30th. I love Dahlia's as a flower, and this gorgeous set is Distinctive. which means you get variations in stamping and the illusion of texture from just one stamping.

The Delicate Dahlia stamp set includes outline images and solid images along with a smaller flower, leaves and 4 sentiments. I have used the outline stamp in Early Expresso on Early Espresso cardstock for the base card. For the centre stamped panel, I inked my stamp in Blushing Bride and then used a sponge dauber to apply some Calypso Coral ink in the centre and very outer edge of the Dahlia. Some of the images are also stamped off. The stamped panel is adhered to one of the stitched die cuts from Stitched So Sweetly dies.

The sentiment is also from the Delicate Dahlias stamp set and fits perfectly in one of the Stitched Rectangle dies. I added some loosely coiled twine for some additional texture.

Don't forget to ask for your free paper copy of the NEW July to December Mini Catalogue and Saleabration Catalogue, you can do that HERE.

Hello friends. I'm finding myself with a little more creative time at the moment, so I am excited to be able to participate in some of the creative challenges with my Art with Heart team girls. This week's colour challenge is So Saffron, a very muted yellow and to be honest not one I have created with much in the last year.
Here is my card. I chose to use the beautiful new Hand-Penned Petals bundle. By stamping off (stamping once on scrap paper and then onto your card without reinking) the Polished Pink and Soft Succulent once each, I came up with a soft colour combination using So Saffron.

Here's the colour combination if you want to Pin It for future reference.

One of the things I LOVE about this new bundle is it's designed for the stamping to be imperfect! I love the fresh vintage look you get when you stamp the solid colours for the leaves and flowers, and they don't quite fit perfectly. This really suits my style of stamping. I stamped the flowers and the sentiment in Basic Gray to tie in with the softer colour combination.

I have used the scalloped edge die from the coordinating Penned Flower Dies to create the left side edging. The flowers are two of the largest flower bunch, placed together. Here's a look at the Hand-Penned suite. You can buy the suite together (which includes 10% discount on the bundle), the bundle with a 10% discount, or individual components of the suite. All the product links for today's project are at the end of the post.

I have used a couple of other new products on my card too. My sentiment is from a great new stamp set with 11 sentiments, called Inspired Thoughts. I really love the font in this set. I have also used a great new die set called Encirled in Beauty, and there is just a peek of one of the decorative circle shapes poppng out unter the sentiment. This is going to be one of my favourite die sets for sure.

Here's a look at these two products (links at the end of the post will take you to these products in my online store). First the Inspired Thoughts Stamp Set.

These are the new Encircled in Beauty Dies. The largest die in the set is 9.8 x 9.8cm, so they are perfectly sized for card fronts.

If you would like to see more So Saffron colour combinations, head over to Cathy's blog to see what the rest of the Art with Heart Team girls have been up to.
Thanks for stopping by today,
Claire

Hello friends. Today I am sharing another sneak peek from Art Gallery stamp set (in the Fine Art Floral Suite) from the 2021 Stampin' Up! January to June Mini Catalogue. The card also uses a sentiment from a really beautiful set perfect for sympathy / hope / thinking of you cards. It's called Heal Your Heart and it's one of the stamp sets you can earn for free in Saleabration during January and February 2021. It's such a tasteful and beautiful set.

For my colours today, I have taken inspiration from the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper which is also part of this suite. I like how the layering of the Poppy Parade and Flirty Flamingo look on the two step flower.

The sentiment is from a new Saleabration set Heal Your Heart. You will be able to earn this set for free with $90+ order in January or February. If you live in Australia and would like to find out more about Saleabration, request a brochure HERE which shows all the different products available to earn for free.

I have kept my card embellishments quite simple for this sympathy card. I have just used a few Adhesive Pearl Jewels and some Linen Thread.

Here' another look at the Fine Art Floral Suite and Art Gallery stamp set which I also used in this card last week.

If you like the look of these products, request the paper copies of the 2021 Catalogues to be sent out. They commence on January 5th, and I have them here to mail out right now anywhere in Australia.

There are also lots of bargains still available in the Year End Closeout Sale which goes until January 4th, or until items sell out. Shop the Sale Here.
