When you shop for Stampin' Up! products with me in any of these three ways, I promise to give you the best customer service I possibly can! Your products will ship directly to your door anywhere in Australia via Australia Post with a tracking number available once shipped. I place orders as soon as payment is received and ship directly to you, so you can expect to get them as fast as possible.
I'll also be here to help you with any product enquiries. Orders generally leave the warehouse within 2 business days, but during new catalogue starting times or when popular specials are on there can sometimes be a day or 2 delay.
You can earn free product when you order (called Stampin' Rewards)
Stampin' Rewards start with $250+ orders and are automatically calculated for you when you order online (or by me when you order by email). Stampin' Rewards are free product credit amounts (starting at $25 for a $250 order) which you can use on any current product, or on one of the exclusive Stampin' Rewards stamp sets. If your order is less than $250, you can still earn a small gift by choosing to shop online and use the monthly host code (see option 1).
Postage costs
Postage for all orders is $6.95 or 6% of the order, whichever is the highest for postage to anywhere in Australia with tracking. There is also an option to choose expedited picking and/or expedited shipping for an additional charge.
Payment
If you shop online you can pay via PayPal or credit card. You can also pay over the phone directly with me using direct deposit or credit card over the phone.

Option 1: Place your order Online 24/7
All you need to do is go HERE to my online store, or click on the 'Shop Online 24/7'button at the top of the right hand column. This will take you straight to my online Stampin' Up! store.
Take note of the monthly HOST CODE that you will find in my newsletters and also in the right sidebar of my blog. If your order is over $50 and you add the code in during the ordering process, you qualify for a small gift from the share of the monthly group order Stampin Rewards. Host code gifts are sent mid the month after the one your earned the gift in.
Your products will ship directly to you from the Stampin' Up! warehouse, usually within 48 hours of placing your order. I will also receive an email advising me of your order. If it's your first order with me, I'll be in touch to see if you need catalogues, and to introduce myself and welcome you as a VIP customer.

I can help you work out postage charges and answer any questions you have about products. I place orders as soon as payment is received (which is immediately if you pay by credit card over the phone, or when the payment clears if you would like to pay direct deposit (I will give you the direct deposit details when you place the order). If you spend more than $250, you earn Stampin' Rewards starting at $25 free product.
As with online orders, you will also go onto my exclusive customer mailing list, start earning customer rewards and I'm happy to pop a free catalogue in with your email or phone order if it's over $50 and your first order with me.
