Stampin' Up! Heart of Christmas Week 10: Spreading the joy of creativity for a handmade Christmas.

Hey friends. It's tome for some more Christmas inspiration. Today I am playing with the new Stampin' Up! product suite called 'Christmastime is Here'. This has been available to demonstrators as a special preorder in October and is available to purchase by customers on November 1st.

This suite contains Designer Series Paper with gold foiling (3 double sided designs x 4 pages each at 12x12" size), a stamp set and coordinating dies, gold glitter embellishments and a gold ribbon.

The dies actually cut out one of the images in the Christmastime is Here Designer Series Paper, so both of these cards use that image. There is also a lined image you can colour with blends and some bits and pieces to fill in the image. Here's a look at the stamp set.

Here's a look at the whole product suite. Each of the individual items can be purchased separately, so you can just get the bits and pieces you like. Make sure you subscribe to my newsletter (click the button in the right hand column) to hear all about this new release on November 1st.

I was drawn to this suite for many reasons. I love roses, I love the traditional colours for Christmas, and I'm a sucker for gold foiling in my DSP. I also really love the warmth in the sentiment I have used on these cards.

The die cuts are really interesting as well, and add visual interest to your cards. I love these ones that I have used around the sentiment label.

Overall, the Christmastime is Here suite is a lovely group of coordinating products, in traditional colours for Christmas and beyond.

Art With Heart Team Colour Creations Blog Hop: Seaside Spray

Tonight the Art With Heart Team Colour Creations Crew are playing with Seaside Spray, a beautiful soft blue which was introduced as a new 2019-2021 InColour in the 2019 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue.

I have used two of my favourite new products in the catalogue for today's card: Beautiful Friendship stamp set and Detailed Bands Dies. Beautiful Friendship is such a great stamp set for creating floral backgrounds.

Here is the colour combination I have used for my background stamping.

I love the new Detailed Bands dies as they contain decorative elements to use with sentiments to add WOW to your card.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Wishes Distinktive Stamp Set

Hello stampers.

Today I have a birthday card for you featuring a lovely new stamp set in the 2019 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. It's called Butterfly Wishes, and is a Distinktive type stamp (exclusive to Stampin' Up!), which means you get the look of variation in depth and texture from one stamping.

It also has some solid butterfly images in the stamp set, two of which coordinate with the Stampin' Up! Butterfly Duet punch.

The butterflies at the top and bottom left on the image shown above, are the ones that coordinate with the butterfly punch. I have used the middle butterfly on the left on today's card, which I fussy cut. I have still shown the Butterfly Duet punch in the item links in case you want to have a closer look.

Here's my colour combination for today's card. I love using the berry colours with Crumb Cake. One great thing about the Distinktive stamps, is that you get lovely variation of tone within the one stamped colour.

I have also used the new Stitched Nested Labels Dies on today's card. I really like layering the smaller label at the ends to give some extra colour.

Stampin' Up! Painted Seasons Saleabration Bundle Birthday Card

Hello stamping friends.

Today I have a lovely Calypso Coral card for you, showcasing the Painted Season Saleabration bundle (one of the level 2 choices, or earn the paper alone as a level 1 bundle).

The Painted Seasons DSP has some lovely designs (4 double sided designs, 3 sheets each). This particular design looks great with a range of colours including Grapefruit Grove, Calypso Coral, Petal Pink, Call Me Clover and Early Espresso.

The Framelits that match the Painted Seasons stamp set are also available to purchase this month only. They are called Four Seasons Framelits and are available in the the Saleabration Coordination section of my online store. The framelits make it super easy to cut out the flowers and leaves for layering. I have also used the new Story Label punch from the Saleabration Coordination range for my greeting. The embossing was done using the beautiful Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Isn't it pretty?

Stampin' Up! Distinktive Stamps: Healing Hugs from 2018 Annual Catalogue

Hello crafters.

Today I have one of the new stamp sets from the 2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue to showcase. It's called Healing Hugs.

This is a great set to add to your collection for several reasons:

As well as the gorgeous floral image, it has 4 really great usable sentiments for get well cards. The one I have used above is something I always seem to be saying to friends when they are unwell, so I was pleased to see it in a stamp set.
This stamp set is one of our Distinktive range of stamps. These stamps are manufactured in a way that created the texture and dimension in just one stamping. I love that as it saves me time and still gives a realistic WOW effect.
It's really reasonable prices. Just $37 for the clear mount version.

It's definitely a set I would recommend from the new catalogue.

OTHER NEW PRODUCTS / TIPS & TRICKS

Here's a few other things to note about this card:

I have used pre-coloured note-cards to speed up my creating. The Delightfully Detailed cards have 4 different watercolour look bases (2 designs in Mint Macaron and 2 Designs in Blackberry Bliss) and you get 5 of each in a pack (link at end of post).
The laser cut paper (my second layer) has been hugely popular among demonstrators to create an easy extra WOW! It's super easy to add colour to coordinate with any project as well. I just used my sponge brayer to colour it Soft Sea Foam (one of my FAVE new colours).
I added a little bit of extra texture with a simple scrap of ribbon under the flower. I keep my scraps of embellishments in a bowl as you never know when they are going to be handy.
