Stampin' Up! Forever Greenery Appreciation Card

Hi stampers.
Today I want to show you a card I made for some of my team who recently attended a Stampin' Up! Leadership event. I used Forever Greenery product suite (Forever Fern 10% off Bundle is a part of this) to make this card to show my appreciation. I have also used the lovely In Good Taste Elements which are wood embellishments for cards and crapbooking. Later in my post I will talk about how to use these.
This would be a great card for friends, co-workers, team members or anyone you wanted to show appreciation towards.
It's a very simple patterned paper background layer using the beautiful Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper Pack (12 double sided sheets 12x12", with 2 each of 6 designs). There's a wide range of designs included, and I have used a small strip of a more busy pttern, with a larger piece of one of the smaller patterned images. This paper is on special for 15% off until 31st October 2020.
I love the gorgeous plant and leaves imagery on this paper, and it coordinates with some of my favourite Stampin' Up! colours. This paper coordinates with Garden Green, Soft Sea Foam, Pretty Peacock, Pear Pizazz, Just Jade and Shaded Spruce.
How to Use Wooden Embellishments On Your Cards
The wooden embellishments from In Good Taste Elements, really add extra wow and texture to this card. To use these wooden embellishments:
- Tuck them under sentiment labels and attach with a glue dot (these adhesives are great for heavier embellishments).
- You could also coloir them with ink or acylic paint to coordinate with your project if you are not looking for the natural look
- Dip them in Versamark and embossing power and heat with a heat gun for an embossed look.
