Stampin Up Evergreen 3D Embossing Folder with In the Pines Bundle

Hello stampers,

Today I am sharing a 2020 Christmas card I created using the inked embossing folder technique with the Stampin Up Evergreen 3D emboosing folder. I also have used one of the. dies from the In the Pines Bundle. This makes 8 Stampin' Up! In the Pine Christmas Card Ideas to share with you.

For the embossed piece, I used the inked embossing folder technique (I started with Pear Pizazz cardstock and inked with Mossy Meadow ink).

Here's a video I did for my YouTube channel which shows this technique.

Once I had completed the embossing, I trimmed the piece to 10cm x 14.3cm, inked the edges with Mossy Meadow ink and then mounted onto a standard C6 cardstock base. I die cut two trees from the brushed Metallic cardstock, using the Pine Woods Dies, which are Part of the In The Pines bundle. My greeting was one I had sitting on my desk from another project (it's from Poinsettia Petals) but there are lovely greetings in the In the Pines Bundle which could be used as well. It's stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto Shimmery White cardstock. I added three of the clear and gold gems from Wonderful Gems to finish my card. I also tied a double strand of linen thread around the top of the card and tied a bow.
