Stampin' Up! Wishes and Wonder Handmade Chistmas Card for 2020

Hello stampers,  have you started your 2020 Christmas cards yet? The lovely new Stampin' Up! Wishes and Wonder bundle ( part of the Wonder of the Season suite in the 2020 Stampin' Up! August to December Mini Catalogue) is a great choice with lots of options for lovely cards.

Today's card is an adaptation of one in the mini catalogue on page 30. I used a different backing patterned paper, and added one of the versatile die cut  tags  from  the  bundle. 2020 Stampin' Up! Wishes and Wonder Christmas Card by Claire Daly, Stampin Up Demonstrator Melbourne Australia

I really love this die cut reindeer in the bundle. He (?) looks so regal doesn't he? I really like the round sentiment in this stamp set too. You get a coordinating circle die (and a few other circle options) in the coordinating dies which is a great feature of this bundle.

I can see myself getting lots of use out of the awesome tag die in this bundle too. To finish my card off, I have added some of the Wonderful Gems which are also part of the Wonder of the Season Suite.

Stampin' Up! Prized Peony Birthday Card coloured with Stampin' Blends

Hey friends,

Back with a birthday card today, using the beautiful Prized Peony stamp set coloured with Stampin' Blends.

Stampin Up Prized Peony Coloured with Stampin Blends by Claire Daly, Stampin Up Demonstrator Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. 2020 Annual Catalogue

I didn't catch the light terribly well onto the card front on the full photo, so this one is probably a better indication of true colour.

I have use Purple Posy and Highland Heather combos for my Stampin' Blends colours and Crumb Cake for my base card and layers. Isn't that Dainty Diamonds embossing folder pretty?

I've also made a YouTube video to show you how I went about colouring the Peony. I hope you like it!

Stampin' Up! Snowflake Splendor 12x12 Scrapbook Page

Hello friends,

Something a little bit different today. Over the weekend I completed some pocket pages as well as 2 12x12 layouts of our mid year break to the snow, so I am showing you the first of those 2 layouts today.

I'm using the Snowflake Splendour suite of products from the 2020 August to December mini catalogue.

The sentiment in the stamp set was perfect for this photo of my husband and I. I added a little Highland Heather heart to pick up that colour in the patterned paper.

I made my own custom dimensional alphas, by using the Playful Alphabet dies and our foam adhesive sheets (all the products I have used today are linked at the end of the post).

My base card is Smoky Slate and I have stamped the snowflakes in the same colour ink, but stamped off once.

Free Christmas Card Kit with In the Pines Bundle

I have a great offer to get you started on your Christmas cards, but it's only around until the end of August so be quick.

In the Pines Offer

When you purchase the In The Pines Bundle (pictured below) from me prior to August 31st, I will send you an awesome card kit which contains the precut and embossed cardstock, die cuts (if dies not included in the bundle), punched shapes, ribbons, embellishments and envelopes to make 6 beautifully embellished and layered Christmas cards (2 each of 3 designs). Completely FREE with the bundle purchase. These aren't basic cards either, they all contain layering, ribbons and/or embellishments, plus specialty papers and embossing on 4 of the cards. To complete the cards, you will just need a few inks and basics supplies which I have listed below. Instructions are also incuded.

Here's a look at the bundle from the 2020 Stampin' Up! August to December Mini Catalogue. This is such a versatile bundle that I know you will be able to use it for many years to come. I love it so much so keep an eye on my blog in the months to come, for even more creative ideas with it.

Yes Please - I want the FREE 6 Christmas Card Kit

It's easy to get on the list for your free card kit.

Just order the bundle in one of two ways from me, by 31st August. I will automatically note if you have included the In the Pines bundle in your order, and will add you to the list for your free kit.
  • You can purchase it online HERE in my online store. Use the August Host Code FFAJGMDQ if your overall order is less than $250 and you will also get a small gift in mid September from a share of the group Stampin' Rewards (Tip about adding the Host Code in the online store: It's best to wait to the very end of your order to see whether your order is under the $250 before adding the host code, otherwise the new shop removes me as your preferred demonstrator (so you won't get your kit unless you choose me again).
  • You can purchase it directly from me by email (cdaly@bigpond.net.au) or phone/text on 04 1212 0498. You can pay be credit card or direct deposit. Please note: I may be a little harder to reach by phone on 28/29/30th August as I have a global online Leaders Summit with Stampin' Up!. If you can't get me, just send me a quick message, text or email to let me know you want to order the bundle. So long as your email or text reaches me by midnight on August 31st I will honour the offer.

What else will I need to make the cards?
  • Adhesives (Stampin' Seal or Multipurpose glue, plus Dimensionals) - the foam strips will be included in the kit.
  • Shaded Spruce, Just Jade, Pool Party, Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizazz ink pads
  • Versamark, Silver and Gold Embossing Powder, Heat Tool

When will I get the kit?
I will start putting the kits together at the start of September. Depending on how many kits I need to make up, I may need to order some more supplies, but I estimate kits will be sent mid September at the latest.

Any questions - just call, email or text like normal!
