Stampin' Up! 2018 Holiday Catalogue Sneak Peeks & Alaska Incentive Trip Part 2
August 07, 2018
Back today to wrap up my recap of the 2018 Stampin' Up! Alaska Incentive Trip.
First up, I wanted to share some of the fabulous things which were on display in Stampers Base Camp. These were all completely new samples and products from the 2018 Holiday Catalogue, which was launched on the trip. The Holiday catalogue products will be available to purchase from September 5th. I'll be sending out copies to my regular customers (and any new customers who place orders with me this month) during August. If you are completely new to Stampin' Up! or your demonstrator is no longer active, you can request a copy from me on my catalogue sign up page.
I love all the beautiful samples we saw on the ship. This is only a small portion of them, but as you can see there is lots of tradition, and traditional colour this year. Let's have a look at some of my favourite samples (these samples were prepared by the Stampin' Up! artists).
There were also reindeers, and Poinsettias ...
Lots of great sets for colouring this year too.
Then were elves!
Also beautiful bundles for layering. As the trip was global, we had samples with some of the translated greetings as well.
Then there was this amazing work of art in a tin!
I really love the kits in this years catalogue too. Here are one of the Christmas card kits, and a tag kit (which comes in a cute tin). These kits would make a great gift.
Christmas is my favourite time of the year, and I especially love Christmas crafting! I can't wait to get started on creating using these beautiful 2018 Holiday Catalogue products, and sharing these projects with you over the coming months.
Stampin' Up! always spoil us with pillow gifts each night, which is very exciting. We received all sorts of amazing things including Holiday Catalogue product, a scratch off world map, logo rug and logo speaker. My two favourite gifts though were our jacket we received on the first night (great to keep us warm on the cool nights and glacier day), and the logo bag. It was easy to spot the demonstrators t the airports on the way home as we were all carrying our lovely new bag.
The jacket came in super handy right up near the glacier!
Then there is the best part of all - the people! The thing I absolutely look forward to the most with each trip is catching up with global Stampin' Up! friends, and making new ones. I had to make a couple of collages here, as there were too many photos I wanted to post.
Before we could blink, the ship had arrived back into Seattle (after a couple of nights of loud fog horns) and it was time to go home. What an amazing experience. I am so grateful to my customers, my team and to work for a company like Stampin' Up!.
As we flew out of Seattle after saying our goodbyes, I was greeted with two more beautiful sights. First I got a wonderful view of snow capped Mt Rainier, and then the moon rising as the sun set on another great Incentive Trip.
I hope you have enjoyed the trip recap. I'll be back tomorrow with a creative post. Until then, stay happy.
Claire
