Hello. Well we did it, 27 weeks of Christmas inspiration in our very first Heart of Christmas series from the Art with Heart Stampin' Up! team. Today is week 27, and our last post of the series.

This week I am showcasing another super simple reproducible card, that still has some wow factor thanks to the embossing and foiled paper.

Stampin Up 2017 Christmas card using Year of Cheer DSP, Everyday Label Punch and Watercolor Christmas stamp se. Card by Claire Daly, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Melbourne Australia.t.

The base is Crumb Cake cardstock and a piece of the beautiful Year of Cheer DSP for the next layer. I have used the Everyday Label punch to cut my greeting. The greeting is from Watercolor Christmas stamp set and it has been embossed in silver. I recommend to stamp and emboss first and then punch it out. The piece of gold foil behind the label is measured 4cm x 4,3cm (or 1 5/8" x 2 11/16"). Then you just need about 27-30cm of Gold Mini Sequin Trim for under the label and three Adhesive Rhinestone Jewels scattered around.

Stampin' Up! Year of Cheer DSP for Art with Heart team Heart of Christmas #25

Hello ladies, it's time to bring you this week's Heart of Christmas inspiration piece.

Graphic

Today my card is based on the foiled specialty paper Year of Cheer. This is a beautiful paper for Christmas and has silver, platinum, gold and copper foiling through it.  My greeting is from the Hearts Come Home stamp set and is embossed in Copper to match the small piece of Year of Cheer DSP underneath. The base card is Crumb Cake.

The largest circle is cut from Platinum foil paper (in the Holiday Catalogue) with the 2 & 1/4" punch and the smaller circle which has the greeting on it is cut with the 1 & 3/4" circle punch. Other than that it's just a bit of silver mini sequin trim.

Stampin' Up! Snowflake Sentiments for Art With Heart team HOC 24

Hello ladies. Today the Art with Heart Team is bringing you week 24 of Heart of Christmas.

Graphic

Today's card is created using the Snowflake Sentiments bundle from the 2017 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue. I really like the simplicity of this card.

Stampin Up Snowflake Sentiments stamp set and Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits. Christmas card by Claire Daly, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Melbourne Australia.

Before I cut the snowflakes, I created a watercolour wash using Pool Party and Island Indigo ink on watercolor paper. Once it was throughly dry (with the help of my trusty heat tool), I cut the snowflakes from pieces which had variations in colour (tip: the biggest snowflake is from the border die piece and 'detached' with paper snips). Then it was just a matter of attaching them with a glue dot and embellishing with Glimmer Dots and adhesive Rhinestones. My greeting from Snowflake Sentiments is heat embossed in silver.
