Collage Stamping Technique and ATC Swap using Stampin' Up! In This World Stamp Set
October 15, 2016
One of the great things we do on my Art With Heart Stampin' Up! team Facebook group is a monthly ATC stamping technique share. It's great for our hobby and business demos to get involved in and really fun to share with team members right across Australia when we get our swap ATCs back in the mail.
Last month's technique was collage stamping, and the In This World stamp set from the 2016 Annual Catalogue was perfect for the technique. I also decided to make a card to go with the ATC.
My Stampin' Up! colours are Crumb Cake, Mint Macaron, Soft Suede, Early Espresso and I have also added some Copper Embossing (the butterfly on the ATC, and ink splotches on the card). It's super easy to create this effect with just layers of stamping on a Very Vanilla background.
I really love the vintage look of the stamps in this set. I think this set would be great for male cards as well.
Here's a closer look at the In This World stamp set. Isn't it fabulous? I'll definitely be looking at other ways to use this vintage / antique inspired stamp set.
Thanks for checking out my blog today. Hope you are having a great weekend,
Claire
