Recording Precious Family Memories with Project Life Happiness Is Collection by Stampin' Up! - MKPLSU Design Team Blog Hop

Today we have some memory keeping for you, using the fabulous Project Life by Stampin' Up! I am part of the MKPLSU (That's Memory Keeping with Project Life Stampin' Up!) Design Team around the world, where we choose a theme or card kit each month to showcase. This month we are showcasing the Happiness Is card kit and accessory pack, which is an absolute bargain at 50% off in the retiring products sale right now (check out the links at the bottom of the post for products I have used today). This is a great kit for everyday family memories.

(I have chosen to blur out  my kids faces / journaling - they are at that age where they don't want to be paraded around online, you know?)

I wanted to add in some extra pictures, so I added in a 6x8 page protector in between 2 12 x 12 protectors (bottom left of the page). When it's closed it looks like this.

When it's opened up, it looks like this, and I have fitted 8 more 3x4" photos and cards in. I love that about Project Life, it's all about the photos and the story. See the sequins added to the card below? A great tip to keep them in place is to add a clear label over the card opening (I just got mine at the office supplies store).

I have used some words and shapes cut from various cards in the Happiness Is collection, on this page.

Now it's time to visit other members of the MKPLSU team and see how they have used the Stampin' Up! Happiness Is Project Life kit this month.
