Stampin' Up! Masculine card featuring Bravo and Dotty Angles for SB64

Hello friends. Today I have a masculine card for you based on another of the fabulous Stamping and Blogging sketch challenges. I have used a couple of new Stampin' Up! photopolymer sets Bravo and Dotty Angles.

I'm really impressed with the quality of our Photopolymer stamps. They stamp beautifully. My colours here are Smoky Slate, Real Red and Basic Black. I have clear embossed the Dotty Angles stamp onto the first layer of Smoky Slate cardstock. The main stamped circle is cut out with the 2 1/2" Circle Punch, and one of the Starburst Framelits is a great size to mat this circle.

Stampin' Up! Blendabilities Techniques

I've been having a play with the Stampin' Up! Blendabilities, our new alcohol based markers in exclusive Stampin' Up! colours.

This one is just some standard colouring. I'm sure you have seen this Blended Bloom stamp around on LOTS of blogs, but it's a great one to practice your blending skills on.

In this next one, I have embossed my image from Bravo Photopolymer set in white embossing powder, and then coloured the embossing using my Blendabilities.  It's a great technique to use with dark coloured cardstock. I have also used  a new  Be the Star Stampin' Up! stamp set, which coordinates with the new Star Framelits.

Another great technique to use with Blendabilities is to colour your embellishments. In this card I have coloured the adhesive rhinestones with the Rich Razzleberry Blendability marker.

Hello there. Today's card share is one for the men in our lives, especially those who love travel. It uses the new Traveler stamp set from the 2014 Stampin' Up! Australian Catalogue, along with the World Map background stamp. The layout was based on this weeks Stamping and Blogging Sketch SB63.

Our brief was to use the sketch below and to stamp the background. I used the Worls Map as my background stamp, and sponged various parts of the map with Lost Lagoon and Pear Pizazz ink.
