Stampin' Up! Forever Young & Updated Retired List ...
August 05, 2011
Hello lovelies! My preorder products have arrived, and yesterday I had a stamping day with two lovely friends where I (eventually) managed to make this card using one of the sets from the new 2011-2012 IBC, called Forever Young. Isn't this clock amazing? So me!
My colours here are Cherry Cobbler, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla and River Rock. In addition to the Forever Young stamp set, I have used a few other new products! The background Cherry Cobbler layer is done using the Stampin' Up! Parlour Prints background stamp, which I have clear embossed. I have also used the new scalloped polka dot ribbon, which is a new line and available in 10 luscious colours including some that will be favourites of mine for sure - Melon Mambo, Elegant Eggplant, Cherry Colour and Old Olive. I can't wait to get those!
I hope you liked todays sample. I also had a play with some brayered backgrounds yesterday, so once I have finished these cards off I will post them as well.
Retired List Updates
Just a quick note to let you know that a few items have already sold out in the retired list, so if there is anything you need, get your orders in sooner rather than later. I have listed the items which have sold out over on my retired items page.
Hope you have a great day,
Claire
Isn't this set to die for Claire?!! I am currently playing with it too!! Love, love it. Your card is as gorgeous as always! Love your embossed background, it works incredibly well with this set. Wasn't going to get it, but may rethink now!
