Happy Friday lovelies .....

Lovely to have the opportunity to pop in and post today, a lovely Melbourne day in a quiet house with the boys off to school. I feel like things are getting a teeny bit less crazy this week. Sam has settled in well to school, and although he gets tired he loves it and has proudly had his first two 'kiss and drop' drop-offs with Josh this week. I think Josh LOVES his role of big brother while Sam is in prep. I am sure it will get annoying for Sam later on, but right now it's exactly what Sam needs. I'm busting with pride for my boys. More about our daily ramblings later!

I'd love to say I have stacks of creating to show you, but to be honest I only feel like I am starting to have time to create again the last couple of days, so this post will be sadly lacking in creativity again. I do have this card to show you though. My gorgeous level 1 Tanja, had her precious bundle of joy Ivy in late January and I put together this card for her. Paul and the boys bought me a digital craft cutter for Christmas, and I have been getting to know it. I've used the sentiment from Stampin' Up! Teeny Tiny Sentiments, as well as a retired linen background stamp on this card too. The paper is one of the random bits I have thrown in a folder from years ago, knowing I would use one day because I loved the cute floral pattern.

I have a scrapbook page on the go too and hope to finish that and post later today - imagine that - two posts! I also have a few cards to make this weekend for various friends and have volunteered to make the invitations for my mother in law's big birthday coming up too.

In other ramblings, Oscar the puppy is going well and turns out he loves his art as well, as demonstrated by this photo where he decided to try a little 'nose painting' with the (non-toxic) paint Josh was using in the garage (and Paul left the door open!).

I have been seeing clients part time in my Dietitian practice again for 3 weeks now which is going really well and I am booked out several weeks ahead now. I have two contract Dietitian's also working with me to see clients in areas I don't usually work in and it's nice to have that company as well. I still have lots of setting up and some more cosmetic things and purchases to make, but that will happen with time. These last few weeks I have found it a bit tricky to keep the balance with creating etc, but I needed to be in there on days I would normally be at home for things like lock changes, technology set up and deliveries etc. I know that will get into a good groove in weeks to come. The funny thing is, I think I actually like being more busy, and am certainly much more organised this year than I was last (so far ....). I think it's because the things I am busy with are giving me a great sense of personal satisfaction, so I feel happy and well, and get more done.

I've also been continuing to be working on my One Little Word project with Ali Edwards. I've been enjoying taking lots of pictures this month that represent what areas of my life I am nourishing. It's really quite diverse so some very abstract pics happening! I really like the holistic view of wellness, where so many different factors integrate to create wellness as represented in this diagram.

This year I am trying to focus on these different areas in my approach to the word 'nourish' so there has been lots of random note taking and collecting bits and pieces for my OLW album. I am just LOVING this project!

I hope you are well too and that you have a great weekend full of the happy things in life. (Ooohhhh postie just dropped off some nice SU goodies for me. Makes a doubly happy day and perfect timing for a cuppa and some stamping!).
