Stampin' Up! Delightful Decorations and matching Ornament Punch ....

One of the things I love about Stampin' Up! is when they bring out a stamp set with a matching punch! Such is the case with this Stampin' Up! Christmas stamp set Delightful Decorations (page 25) and the matching extra large Ornament Punch (page 146/147). So many ways to use this delightful set for some quick and easy Christmas cards.

Here's one of the six samples I made today for my customer and blog newsletter. If you'd like to receive my newsletter to view some more samples, just sign up using the box in the top right hand column and then send me an email  asking for this months newsletter too.

The centre bauble was done using emboss resist (clear embossed onto Certainly Celery cardstock and brayered over with Always Artichoke) and the outer two were made by embossing Aways Artichoke onto Certainly Celery (ink stamp with Versamark and then Always Artichoke before stamping; stamp onto cardstock; pour over clear embossing powder and heat). The adhesive rhinestones (page 140) are perfect to add some bling to these baubles because they come in different sizes for different parts of the bauble. The greeting here is from Curly Cute (page 110) another must have set from the new catty with 5 gorgeous sentiments.

If you are thinking about your Christmas cards, you might also be interested in this a bundle and set of 10 tutorials using the Stampin' Up! Jolly Holiday Designer Series Christmas Paper. You can just buy the tutorials (yes demonstrators too) or if you are in Australia you can also buy the bundle of goodies to make the cards, and get the tutorials and postage for free. Here's another sneek at these cards and you can get more information or buy them here.

Back to school for the boys today (after the excitement of the Grand Final replay and the Collingwood family day for them yesterday). Another busy term ahead including more weekly OT for Josh (maybe his last term for now) plus everything else we do. Feel like I'm into a pretty good routine with it all though. I don't get as much time for creating and don't post here anywhere as much as I'd like to, but I feel good about how I am balancing things and the decisions I have made to get to this point. The superwoman cape is gathering dust in the cupboard and I kinda like it like that I've decided!
