Hello lovely crafty friends. I'm excited to write this post today as it marks a new beginning for me, well actually a story about coming full circle. As of today, I am a work from home Mum 5 days a week again, so will be available to have lots more time crafting and inspiring you as well as being available during the day to take calls, make calls, do classes and workshops.
I'm so excited! As much as I loved my work at my offices as a Dietitian, I have come to realise over the last 18 months that working outside the home wasn't as enjoyable and flexible for myself or my family as working entirely from my home. I wanted to be home more, I wanted more craft time, I wanted more flexibility again and that's what my Stampin' Up! business gives me (and can give you too!). So a few months ago I made the decision to transition back to working from home. The last month has been a little crazy with finishing up and moving things, and that's why I couldn't post much, but the transition is now complete. The Retired Lists are Now Available!
The Stanpin' Up! retired lists are the list of products that are being discontinued. There are two lists available, one for stamps and one for accessories. The important thing about these lists is that products listed on the retired lists are only available until August 31st or until sold out (which does happen, especially with some accessories). The key to getting what you want is:
- Get your order in early. I am now working from home all the time, so emailing me your order or calling me on 03 9735 2946 is the quickest way to get your order in. If you can't get me on the phone, leave a message but if you can, also send an email.
- Credit card payment is best, because that means I can put your order straight in and you should be right in getting what you want. Sometimes stock levels change quickly.
In my past experience with the retired lists, items such as retiring Incolour ink pads, refills, cardstock and markers sell out very quickly. This year I also expect punches, individual Stampin' Write Markers, wheel storage, 12x12 textured cardstock, 12x12 single colour cardstock packs, dotto and dotto refills to sell VERY quickly. The key is to get your order in quickly.

How do I know if something is already sold out?
I will update availability each morning so you can check back and see how stocks are going. This will also give me a chance to showcase some of the retiring stamps and post some sneak peeks of what's coming in the new catalogues! You are welcome to call me on 03 9735 2946 or email me to check at any time as well. Sometimes stock levels change during the day, but with me being able to place your orders so soon after you contact me, we can usually minimize these dissapointments.
Why are there so many ink pads listed?
Stampin' Up! is making their awesome ink pads even more awesome, and they will now be a firm foam stamp pad which will give an even more awesome stamped image. This means that the existing stamp pads are all listed. I'll be bringing you more information about this in the coming days.
Are there any specials?
YES! You will notice lots of stamps are reduced by 25%, and accessories are reduced between 25 and 75%. There are some amazing specials to be had!
How do I get the New Catalogues?
We have two new catalogues coming - the 2012/13 Annual Stampin Up Catalogue and the 2012 Holiday Seasonal Catalogue. Products in both of these catalogues are available to be ordered from September 1st. I am pre-ordering these now, and will have them to distribute during August.
