Hello lovelies. Things are continuing to go fabulously with my eye (the eye surgeon keeps saying I continue to amaze him, which is always good news!). It's amazing what a difference it has made to how I feel overall - I'm feeling so well and happy.
I had a fab time at a home stamping party last weekend (waving Kim and girls) and made these fabulous embossed fabric cards I'd like to share with you using Stampin' Up! Clearly for You stamp set. If you would like to make these with some friends, or have me come out and show you some different stamping techniques and help you make a card to take home, just give me a call as I am taking bookings for home stamping parties now.
The fabric embossing technique is one that was shared with us at Convention by one of my lovely friends Vanessa Webb. I loved it and it's perfect for using up those scraps of fabric we have left over. If you love these cards I'll also be doing step by step instructions on how to make them in this months blog newsletter so if you aren't signed up just pop your email address in the newsletter sign up box top right.
Here's a list of the Stampin' Up! Supplies I have used in these cards:
- Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede
- Ink: Soft Suede and Elegant Eggplant
- Big Shot: Top Note Die, Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, Beautiful Wings Embosslit die
- Punch: Decorative Label Punch
- Embellishments: Basic Pearls
There's also a fabulous new Stampin' Up! Promotion this month.
